The Caleb Hopkinson House (circa 1680) Groveland, MA. Early 2 1/2 Story Colonial, exposed decorated frame, summer beam constructed with later ells, summer kitchen, attached carriage shed, barn, lofts and extensive work shop. (8000+/- sq.ft. living). Each of the rooms feature exact details, some of which were present over 300 years ago! Original paneling, feather edge wall board and doors. Original unpainted doors & wall boards. 3 brick chimneys with seven brick fireplaces & 2 brick bee hive ovens and additional 2 cut stone fireplaces in the basement areas. Original built in cupboards, original wide pine floors, original stone foundation on top of new concrete.
