Parson Nathaniel Fisher (circa 1715)Formerly of Dighton, MA circa 1715. A 2 1/2 story first period half house w/1750 Georgian expansion, exposed and decorated frame, later ell & portico, attached carriage shed.

(4100 sq. ft. living) Transverse Summer beams, William & Mary raised field paneled walls and doors with applied bollection moldings. Later Georgian paneling, stairway, window seats, interior shutters. 6 brick fireplaces, brick oven and built-in cupboards. Wide pine floors, granite sink, state of art amenities A/C, oil Hot Water Radiant heat, alarm and hidden appliances. Set on a 23+ acre site along with other antique homes on a 100 acre historic settlement in Mattapoisett, MA. The settlement abuts large tracts of wooded conservation land and is across the street from the ocean with deeded sandy beach rights and deep water access to Buzzards Bay.
